Business Development Manager - Shanghai

Work for Oxus as Business Development Manager in Beijing or Shanghai and build an exciting career in the  hottest new area of Human Resources, dealing with companies including Microsoft, KFC, Intel and Lenovo.

What the job involves
Your job as Business Development Manager will be to promote our full range of branding, research and software solutions to companies in China. This will involve holding high level discussions not only with HR, but also Marketing departments and even Senior Management about complex, new areas of HR management, such as Employer Branding and Web 2.0 technology. As our clients include some of the biggest companies in the world, it means you will often be dealing with very senior professionals who expect the best products and service.

What we are looking for
We are looking for people that have an in-depth knowledge of, and experience in, the HR market in Shanghai. You should also speak English to an advanced level and be an all round great communicator.

You will probably have worked in the HR department of a large company, have worked as a Headhunter, corporate trainer or have worked as an Account Manager in a marketing or advertising agency and are now looking for a new path to develop your career.

Training will be provided in all aspects of our work - some formal, but mostly by working together with our senior staff on real-life projects.

Pay will include a basic salary plus commission and bonus. After completion of the six months probation period you will be provided with the full range of legally stipulated benefits.
